A manufacturing studio focused on disciplined furniture production.

We combine workshop craft with production scheduling that respects site readiness and client timelines.

How we operate

Our workshop runs on weekly production reviews, documented materials lists, and a finishing calendar that keeps key decisions visible. That structure allows us to manufacture bespoke furniture with consistent outcomes.

Projects are monetized through scoped manufacturing fees and installation coordination. You pay for the build phases that are required, not for inflated markups.

Production stages

We move each commission through measurement, joinery planning, fabrication, finishing, and final installation. Each stage has a sign-off so you know where the project stands.

Stage 1: Briefing and site review

We confirm measurements, access constraints, and material preferences before any components are ordered.

Stage 2: Fabrication and assembly

Joinery fabrication is scheduled in batches to reduce idle time and maintain finish consistency.

Stage 3: Finishing and installation

Finishes are applied once climate conditions are stable, then installation is staged to avoid congestion on site.

Team mindset

We are a manufacturing-first studio. That means every design decision is evaluated for stability, longevity, and repeatability across production cycles.
